2026 Registration Information

To Register , Parents will need to create an account on
Rugby Xplorer (click this link or go to the REGISTER button on our HOME page).
​
Once a parent account is set up (you will need to do the following for each player in a family):
​
1. Click "Register" under the drop-down menu at the top left of the Rugby Xplorer page
​
2. Then "Find a Club" under the Participate heading, and select "Link a new person"
​
3. Enter the player's information to create a linked profile
​
4. Select their finished profile and click Next to Register
​
5. Search for a club by entering "Bitterroot" in the search box, scroll down to see "Bitterroot Warriors", select it and click Next (same for all Bitterroot teams)
​
6. Under Role select "Player", Registration Type select "Youth & High School", and Duration select "Season"
​
7. Fill in all personal details, select Next
​
8. Upload a photo (a photo is necessary for rostering checks at games, just take a head shot with your phone)
​
9. Complete the Additional Details, Emergency Contact info, and select the button on each of the 3 Participation waivers
​
10. Agree to the Terms and Conditions and make your fee payment on the payment page.
​
ALL FEES (Team Fees, USA and MT RUGBY Fees - $250 total) can be paid in the Rugby Xplorer system.

2026 TEAM FEES
​
BVRFC Team Fees of $250 include shorts, socks and team t-shirt. Due by first week of practice. This is done through the RugbyXplorer system.
​
Fundraising commitment is $200 for High School Players and $100 for Juniors, paid through our single fundraiser raffle, due by the first match.
​
* Players not participating in fundraising will be required to pay the commitment amount prior to the first match.
